Mackerel

A commissioned piece of a sweet cat that went over the Rainbow Bridge too soon. Mackerel “Mack” was a special cat and I was honored to be asked to create a work as a gift to commemorate him. His bold “M” on his forehead was so prominent and I loved bringing it back into the world to be seen. This commission was very important and notable — it’s a big responsibility to make anything in memory of a loved one! I am so happy to have worked on it and even happier to have received news of Mack’s mom loving it!
